      A tendência das outras bandas é de abandonar o soprano. Esse último CD mostra o altíssimo nível do Epica. Pessoalmente n considero o melhor.

      Sem esquecer Kingdom of Heavem e Design your Universe, músicas muito bem elaboradas e esquecidas. Com um Soprano não continuo mas bem posto.

      A banda sendo, instrumentalista ganha com isso. DYU tem músicas com soprano contínuo como, Our Destiny, Burn to a cinder, Deconstruck.

      A voz mezzo-soprano continua foi redirecionada para as partes instrumentais, aparecendo em segundo plano e isso fica evidentemente bem.

      Sou obrigado a ir contra alguns aqui. Simone evoluiu e muito, seu vocal limpo está muito mais refinado e eloquente.
